Medius Strengthens its Position in Australia

Medius, the global leader in cloud-based AP invoice automation, has acquired all outstanding shares in its Australian subsidiary (Medius Software Pty Ltd). Medius Australia was established in 2011 as a joint venture with local management.
“We have experienced an increased demand for our cloud-based AP invoice automation solution, MediusFlow, in Australia over the past few years,” said Per Åkerberg, CEO of Medius. “We expanded our Microsoft Azure cloud platform to Australia last year and are now taking the next step in our growth plan for Australia and New Zealand.”
The local management and employees will continue in the company and play a key role in taking Medius Australia to the next level.
